The candy lip look in 4 steps!
STEP 1 - Prime lips with all about the base lip Primer
STEP 2 - Using lip pencil in Kiss me Quick, line the outside of your top lip and fill in. Then using Skinny Dip line the bottom of your lip line.
STEP 3 - Using Velourlips in Mali-boo fill in the top lip and Hon- o-loo for the bottom lip
STEP 4 - Going back to Kiss my Quick liner start to map out the shape you would like on the bottom lip. The carefully fill the outline in with Mal-i-boo, to create the drip like effect.
