    Great but messy

I have this in the light shade and use it to lighten my summer foundations that are the right undertone but are a little too dark. I usually pump some of my foundation on the back of my hand and mix it with some of the lightening drops. They are quite pigmented and I only need one or two drops at most. The first couple of times using this was totally fine but I noticed as time got on the packaging got super messy especially around the bottle neck and dropper. This would be a much nicer product if it had a better designed dropper or a pump to dispense the product.

Light is good dark is ashy

I highly recommend the lightening drops! They have saved me so many times from accidentally purchasing the wrong shade of foundation
Now the only reason this item isn't getting a 5 star review as I also purchased the darker shade which turns shades ashy but also delivers a slight pink undertone which doesn't work for me.
The dropper can be temperamental and dispense either too much or too little of the product so keep that in mind. The other review suggestions of decanting are great if you have the time and effort but the dropper is better in this product than some of their others

    Great product, bad packaging

I love this mixer so much! It has saved me a lot of money having to buy new foundations and concealers from expensive brands because drugstore brands don't tend to carry a shade light enough for me. It has a decent amount of pigment to it so you don't need to use an excessive amount, but it isn't too much to where it is a little overboard. It has never drastically changed the formula of the products I mix it with, nor has it been a struggle to combine with the other products.

My only gripe with this product is its awful packaging. The fluid is very thick, and it absolutely should have been in a tube or squeezy bottle/pump of some sort. The dropper struggles to suck up the product, and it gets everywhere if you're not very careful with it. This packaging would make sense if it were a bit more fluid, but it is quite thick.

If Australis re-packaged this, I'd by several in a heartbeat. It is hands down the best foundation lightener mixer I've tried and even paying full price it's quite reasonable.
