Glitter conveniently in a pan but not as pigmented as expected
With the holidays coming up I was feeling festive. Glitter is a great way to make things extra special with a touch of sparkle. I was excited to try this out as loose glitters which I'm used to using can get messy very quickly. The packaging is compact and sturdy enough to toss into your handbag if you want to change your look from day to night.
The glitters aren't as pigmented as they look in the pan which was a little disappointing but can be built up to an extent. The base which the glitters are suspended in is creamy but because of this I experienced some transfer (I have slightly hooded eye lids).
I found the best way to apply these were using my fingers. I keep dabbing my finger int the pan until I've picked up enough product and then pat it onto my lids. They're easy to apply but it can take some working to get the glitter to full opacity. I apply these over eye shadow as a last step.
There's no mess with pressed glitters and it's a relief not being afraid to breath to hard and have tiny bits of glitter fly everywhere.
